Alright my quick post editor is not working in all of my styles except the default vb style. I have a buncha extremepixels styles on my forum and I got them back when I had 3.0.3 but am now using 3.5.2 I have had to go to a lotta trouble trying to fix little things here and there that were obviously not compatible with the newer vb version..

One thing I cannot figure out is when your viewing a thread, the little checkboxes next to the post# are not showing up. Also the quick edit box doesn't show up when I hit edit, it only takes me into the full editor.. The default style is working fine so where or what template would I need to be looking in to fix these issues? Is it the postbit_legacy template? Also I have attached a pic that should help show more what Im talking about..

thanks in advance

ok I fixed the post check boxes but Im having some trouble finding the quick edit code. could someone point me in the right direction?

ok I fixed the post check boxes but I still can't find where the quick edit code is. Could someone point me in the right direction?

thanks

Well, it is helpful, you'd have to compare your custom template to the new code, I don't have time or want to do that for you.

Try contacting the style maker, i believe most of the main style companies are up to date with 3.5

No I understand that I just was asking some general questions about WHERE the code is for these certian items that Im having issues with because I can compare the code with the default style and work around it from there. I don't know WHERE the code is for the quick edit function though :ermm:

Look at the original postbit template via the [View Original] link.

Now what if I have my forum enabled to use the postbit legacy template? Does the postbit and postbit legacy template work in conjunction with each other?
