attachment and posts minimum for download

Does there exist a hack to limit the downloadings of the attachments for a minimum number of posts ?

or better, a hack which display a message when an user try to download the attachment when it doesn't have the necessary number of posts

Well you could easily do this with seconday usergroup and a promotion based on postcount.
