How can i change the position of this pic

Hi, i'm italian, so sorry for my bad bad english!

I have a little problem with my forum:

Now, my forum home is like this:

But i wanna make my home like this:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2006/01/3.jpg

How can i change/align the position of the pictures like the one on the second pics?
