Importing Product, Please Wait...

i am haveing the worst luck installing plugins i get this infinite scrolling message everytime saying Importing Product, Please Wait...
. and the plugin/hack/product never works. what ever u wanna call it. i have attached a screen shot of how it looks.

I am having the same problem.. I think it may have something to do with being on a windows based server. Can a development guy please reply :)
