Banner Ads and Side Bar Column Ads Software Needed

I am looking for a way to have Rotating Banner Ads, and a left side column with Side Bar Ads for a VB 3.5.2 site I am getting ready to launch. Please let me know if there is anything out there that will work (everything I find is for 3.0.7, or I am willing to pay if needed. thanks
