logout on VB not working

everytime anyone tryies to log out on my forum, it gives this message:
An error occurred while attempting to log you out.
what can i do to fix this problem

Having the same problem. If they do click again it clears cookies. I haven't searched on this issue yet as it hasn't become a major problem (we just moved to vB and are still dealing with other issues) but I saw your post here and figured I'd just ask if you ever figured it out?

I've had a similar problem since version 3.0.1 It works fine on the forum itself for me, but on my home page which is vb advanced it doesn't work.

I've never managed to fix it and had completely forgotten about it till I saw this thread.

/me hopes someone will be able to come up with some solution to the issue, although i'm still sure it's probably something simple and daft that i've over looked.

Revert your navbar template.

vBAdvanced logout is hardly the same problem as standard vB logout.
