Avatar Setting help.

I feel like an idiot for not being able to figure this out but...

I have the permissions to allow avatars to members but for some reason they are only seeing the Dont use avatar radio button.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

They don't see the option to upload an avatar?

Also if you haven't uploaded any avatar in your AdminCP, there won't be a list of predefined Avatars to choose from.
