Adult Photo verification?

I'd like a mod that does the following: (this should be standard since vB says they're COPAA compliant)

I pretty much have two usergroups... verified adults, and non-verified adults...

I would like to be able to make users specify, in their profile pic: "this photo is an adult photo" or "this photo is a non-adult photo" when they upload it.

adult photos will only be shown to members of the "adult members" usergroup, and everyone else gets to see a "no photo" image.

anyone done this already?
