Usergroups and promotions....

I'm having a big problem with my members being promoted from one usergroup to another. Promotions are based on number of posts... once a registered user gets to 51 posts, they are (supposed to be) promoted to the registered members usergroup. Once a registered member gets to 501 posts, they are (supposed to be) promoted to the "over 500" group and permitted to create their own custom title.

Problem is... the promotions aren't happening! I'm having to move people manually and it's becoming time consuming.

Can anyone help me figure out what's going on?? thank you

You have to wait until the scheduled task that "promotes" them to run. I believe it is hourly.

Make sure you haven't edited your footer template to prevent Schedulaed Tasks to run.

I've had the usergroups going for about 3 weeks, so the hourly thing isn't an issue, lol.
I checked the footer template, all is fine.

Please post a screenshot of your promotion settings.

PS What happens if you run the Scheduled Task manually.
