Purchasing custom titles - Ushop for 3.5.3?

I was wondering what the hack is for let users purchase custom titles for other users. If i am not mistaken this is the Ushop hack?

PLease can someone clarify this for me? As far as i can see there doesnt appear to be a full version of Ushop for 3.5.3?
