Adding a Phrase?

Can someone explain the process to add a pharse to Vb?

This is what I'm trying to do:

NEW PHRASE

Phrase Type = Global
Product = vBulletin
varname = user_notes_postbit
Text = User Notes

*******************

[Princeton]

go to your ADMINCP / LANGUAGES & PHRASES / PHRASE MANAGER /

- Click ADD NEW PHRASE button (bottom of page)
- in PHRASE TYPE dropdown select "Global"
- in PRODUCT .. leave as "vbulletin"
- VARNAME input text area enter "user_notes_postbit"
- TEXT textarea enter "User Notes"
- Click SAVE button found at bottom of page
