Anyway to Enable Thumbnail in certain forum only?

I want to use the "Thread Thumbnail" plugin but, I see I need to have thumbs enabled on my board to do so. I really don't want attachments thumbnailed at all but, if I have to I'd like to enable it per forum. Is this possible?
