SSI Function for vB

I have one question -- does vB have a modification (it might be built in) similar to IPB's SSI function? I want to have one forum on my vB a news forum and have all of those topics and posts on the front page (for news).

Sorry if this has already been answered. I may be completely clueless. :P

There are some portals that include this kind of functionality. Alternative would be to use the RSS functions in vB.
