Attachments in vbJournal

Is it possible to add the "manage attachment" button into vbjournal ? So it would be possible for the people to post attachments in their journals aswell.

I know, it can also be done by using [IMG] tag, but we don't allow [IMG] tags anywhere on the forums. And the members also prefer to have an image upload.
