Which template is causing this

Ok, have done a couple of template updates for mods recently and have obviously left a couple of rogue comment characteers lying around.

when i go to post/reply to a message, some comment marks appear at the bottom of the form, just above the submit button.

Picture attached. If anyone cantelllme which emplate that is and I could go and clear it, it would be much appreciated.
