I was wondering if there is a way that members can post what song they are listening to at the time of posting.
Is there a way to have it in the postbit so each time they post, they can add a new one per post? Also is there a way so a little cd icon shows up? Or even better, have it so they can upload the cd cover of the band they are playing. kinda like the myspace blog does.
Kind of like the Journal hack has?

Seeing as I run a music site, it would make it so much easier to have this option during posting.
Thanks for looking and considering,
Joe

You might be able to pull this off using a custom user profile field and copying the edit code from the User CP somewhere, say, in the quick reply template.

Yes, but how would you allow them to upload a CD cover picture next to the song for each different post?

That I'm not sure on. The journal hack is it's own addon, so it's storing attachments in a completely separate space. If you're looking to do the same for each post, so that you can have regular attachments and cd cover attachments, you'd need an addon that can take uploads, thumbnail them, associate them with the user ID, display them in the proper post, etc, etc.
It's certainly doable, but in my opinion would really take a decent amount of effort. You might want to post this up in the Service Requests area as a paid addon. It'd certainly be a great addition to your site, but in my (albeit novice) opinion you're looking at a full scale add-on, not just a few bits of code here and there.
Hell, I run sevenstring.org, which is similar to your site. If you can get a coder to write it up in a clean, integrated, non-obtrusive way, I'd even be willing to go halves with you on it if you can find someone to code it. :)
I've used that forum twice now, and both times the coders have delivered 100%.
Good luck, and again, this is just my opinion as a novice coder, so someone with more experience might be able to shed some light on it better than I have.
Edit: By the way, the "Read More" icon is missing on your forum. ;)
