Help! Cant download hacks

I have fully paid for Vbulletin etc, installed and running on my webserver. I am now trying to get hacks but i have this header saying

"You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To download hacks and get support you will need to go to this(or this for vBulletin-germany users) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page). If you are not the license owner, you have to ask the owner to add your email addy into that field for you. For further info, please read our FAQ page. "

Everything is correct but i still cant access?

go here (http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_priority.php) login and enter your email (the one you used when purchasing) into one of those boxes wait upto an hour for the system to update if you still cannot download hacks then it's time to contact an administrator
