I need a cashmod!

I have looked and looked and looked, but there are none for 3.5.3! Please can you make a mod for VB 3.5.3 with the following fectures:

Get cash per post
Get cash for registering
A Bank mod (Listed on navbar)
A Lottery Mod (Listed on navbar)
A Store mod, where users can buy stuff like username glow (Listed on navbar)

Could any of you do this?

It would like all of these to be in a list like the Quick Links but called CashMod and when clicked it will bring up a little menu just like quick links!

Wow, are you willing to pay for this? Because as you've probably noticed since you have looked around...there are a LOT of people who want this mod. So isnt it easy to convert 5.3.0 to 5.3.5
