Grief with plugins

[Glovebox]

Ver. 3.5.3

I am getting this strange error when trying to remove any plugins via manage products:

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: vb_database_alter_mysql in /home/*******/public_html/admincp/plugin.php on line 1043

Any idea's?
