The images didn't show up right, ie the rep and online/offline etc..... I'm going to retry wish me luck ;)

* ok not sure what I'm missing. got them in /public_html/forum/images/metallic/ and I've also tried just /public_html/forum and got the same results each time.

you must put metallic folder forums root directory not in images folder
just put it forums root and everyhing is ok:D
