Default calendar based on usergroup?

Is there any way to set the default calendar based on what usergroup a person is in? I use several calendars on my site and each group has their own calendar. I want to make the 'calendar' link take the user to his/her usergroups main calendar.... not the dumb site default calendar.

Can this be done?
