umm how come i change my time or maybe im doing it wrong
when people post its 5 hours ahead of my time, i went 2 date and time options in the admin panel, set it 2 Canada, eastern time , but sitll the same time it showing up? wat am i doing rung?

Try changing your time directly in your user cp.

UserCp -> Edit Options -> Time Zone
