Hack to see something only if user post reply

Hi everybody,

i would to make a hack to force users of the board to reply. It consist when someone create a new post to have a area to fill that will be hidden (a textarea for instance) and someone can view this hidden area only and only if he makes a reply.

I hope you can understand what i mean (my english is not very good)
