This guy has been abusing 2 vb forums for over a year. More recently he has hacked into over ten peoples accounts. He's been banned 100 times and keeps coming back, we have twice had to stop taking new members to keep him off the forums.

Is there a way of reporting this pest (links please)

If he hacks an admin acc thats the site finished so i'd like to get this sorted asap.

You try a IP ban? If he just hacks your ACP, and then just makes you member, doesnt change password, you can restore admin spot using tools.php in the do_not_upload folder.
