Forums Launched?

With the search not working correctly at the moment I am finding it unable to search for things, I have recently searched for something like this and haven't found anything

What I am looking for is something that will go just below the navbar that says

Forums Launched xxx 2006

is there something like this out there anywhere or is anyone up for trying this out?
