forum listings really messed up on custom skin/style

i have vb 3.5.3 (same thing happend on 3.5.2)
using version of aria 3.5.2
i have some products/plugins

this also happens on many other styles, but this is the only style i actually payed for and i really want it to get it to work

I know the problem.

On the Forum Manager, change the forum status where it says:

"Forum as a Forum - Set this to 'No' for it to be a category"

Set that option to no, then back again.
