my regular users are missing the interface used to format their posts and add smilies.
my account sees them fine but im admin.
i have made sure the global option to use the full editor and WYSIWYG is enabled, but users cant see it.
i checked in the options for the registered users group, but i didnt even se an option there to change it.
i am new to vB so any help would be great.
