Tips on how to Make New Forum

hi everyone, thank you for taking time out on reading this and helping me out.

I just need some tips on how to take a old forum, and take its stats such as post, threads, member names all that info from the tables that is, and transfer it to a new forum. How would i go about this?

use IMPEX to import the data. you can get it from your members area.
