In a nutshell copy the code replacing 'usercptools' with 'yourtext'
If you would like detailed instructions just reply and I'll write them up tomorrow.

Isn't it something like:
<div class="vbmenu_popup" id="dropdown1_menu" style="display:none">
<table cellpadding="4" cellspacing="1" border="0">
<tr><td class="thead">Link Text</a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="vbmenu_option"><a href="#">Link1</a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="vbmenu_option"><a href="#">Link2</a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="vbmenu_option"><a href="#">Link3</a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="vbmenu_option"><a href="#">Link4</a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="vbmenu_option"><a href="#">Link5</a></td></tr>
</table>
</div>
