[Help] I not have permission to download files..

Hey People!

I'm have a true licence, of vBulletin.. But i dont like the Oficial Forum..

As I found this, decedid to register me!

But always that I try to see some image, or any thing, as attached and downloads, I do not obtain, giving always this error to me:

Ok, but i'm have a problem with my account in vB, because i forgot my password... Because, me have a licence, and in next day of i purchase the license, i download the vB forum, and so far, I was never more there.
Seen the one that were in 2/3 months, and even today, e do not have nothing update!

The e-mail of sign up, i already do not have access, because the email account was hacked by one team..

What I make now? I cannot prove itself, with file of vb that he is true?

You will need to e-mail sales@vBulletin.com, they will be able to help you recover your customer number and password.
