Cant change thread title on Editing Modification

I have tried many times. Can someone with more god-like power (or satanic power, I'm not choosey) please change it for me?

Ahh. Hence the inclusion of the nice drop-down seclection, removing the necessity (and eventually, usefulness) of putting the vB version in the title of a Release.
