Return to forum instead of post

I have recently upgraded from 3.0.3 to 3.5.2.
My users are quite fond of returning to the forum and not the post (which is the default) after they post a reply or start a new thread. In the previous installation of the board, I could edit some code in newreply.php and newthread.php. Now I can't seem to find that code. Does it not exist in those files anymore? Do I need to make changes elsewhere now? Can somebody please help me?

I apologize if this has been asked recently. I did a search but couldn't come up with anything.

in newreply.php, find:


$vbulletin->url = 'showthread.php?' . $vbulletin->session->vars['sessionurl'] . "p=$newpost[postid]#post$newpost[postid]";

replace it with:

$vbulletin->url = 'index.php?' . $vbulletin->session->vars['sessionurl'];

in newthread.php, find:
$vbulletin->url = 'showthread.php?' . $vbulletin->session->vars['sessionurl'] . "p=$newpost[postid]#post$newpost[postid]";

replace it with the same line above.

Ok I got it working for new threads and posts using the enhanced reply box, but not for posts made using the quick reply box. Anybody know where to make this change?
