Sorting "New Posts" by forum Display Order

Normal when you use the function "New Posts" they are sorted by Date & Time of last posting.
But or users like to have the New Posts sorted by Forum Display order, and then by Date & Time.

For the version of vBulletin before 3.5 I use this modification: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=68615
But the code is changed from 3.0.x to 3.5.

Can someone help me with this modification for the current version. It's seems that the code changes a lot.
