Function go fetch all public groups

Hi Guys, I have searched my ass off for this function but I cannot seem to find it. Let me explain:

I know how to fetch the public groups for a specific user:

$membergroups = fetch_membergroupids_array($vbulletin->userinfo);

But now I need a function which gives me all the available public usergroups.
Can anyone tell me if such a function exists in VB 3.5? Thanks.

Hi thanks, I looked in2 the API. Did not find it.. guess it does not exist. To bad :(
