What does this hack do?
Gives the ability to your users to select the team they support from the "Edit Profile" page, and a graphic bar with the team's logo will display in their posts, in postbit and postbit_legacy

Installation difficulty
This hack is very easy. It only takes 2 minutes to install. (IF it takes you more than 2 minutes then vbulletin.org is not the place for you to be :p )

What do you have to edit
You only have to edit 1 template (postbit or postbit_legacy)
and add a new profile field
(All instructions are included in a text file)

So far, i've just included all teams from English Premiership. In the next days i will add teams from Spain and Italy, or if some of you need other countries as well, just post it here :)

Can this be appeared only on Profile of the user somehow?

Also, can the user choose 2 teams, rather that just one ? Finally, i see u have panathinaikos, this means that its included greek teams support?

1) i will update the instructions by tomorrow on how to display this in profile page

2) In order to give the ability to the users to select more teams, you must install the hack twice. For example "My team in Italy" "My team in England" ... and use different names in the "add new profile field" page for the teams. i can help you more, just pm me if you want
3) I will include Greek teams as well!!! :) ektos kai an eisai olympiakos hehehehe

Does anyone know a way for us to query the database or something to list amount of profiles that select a certain team so we can display this info somewhere ?

Ive just installed this hack everything went ok but i do have one problem i can pick my team from the drop down box and it is displayed under my public profile but i have no image of the team i picked and its not next to my profile when i post its only when you click on my profile that its visible and that just displays the name of the team any ideas.

I CAN provide the graphics if need be.. Can someone tell us what we need to do other than that if I can get 32 graphics, one for each team?

Great Mod! I modified it just a bit to all members to show their favorite teams for the NFL, Major League Baseball, NBA, NHL and NCAA Football:

I added the new user profile fields as per the instructions for each new option, uploaded the images into their own folders in the images/MyTeam/ folder and then I added this to my postbit template:
