This mod adds forum stats and active users on all vB pages - see screenshots.
Don't like? Check out Neutral Singh's (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/member.php?u=63573) Live Forum Statistics in Header Template (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=95493).
Fine Print: oops, requested here (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=102664) but didn't know of Neutral Singh's mod before making this.

Sorry, didn't find your mod when searching, but then saw your reply to the request thread after posting this mod. Oops. Thanks for not being upset. :)
EDIT: mod changed to show both forum stats and active users.

Did you install as a product, edit the navbar or footer template, and then go look at, for example, the Contact Us (/forum/sendmessage.php) page?

Sure did.
Tried on top and bottom and neither worked.

Are you using vB 3.5.3? Do you see anything onscreen?

Check the FORUMHOME template and ACP -> vBulletin Options -> Forums Home Page Options, as the stats are already available on forum home without this mod.

Yes i know that. Im gonna remove that and use this hack to display all the info in a left column. So i need it to show on the forum home page to.

OIC, untested, but you'd need to remove the following:
<if condition="THIS_SCRIPT != 'index'">
</if>
if (THIS_SCRIPT != 'index')
{
}

worked like a charm =)
but i only had to remove this.
if (THIS_SCRIPT != 'index')
{
}

this is what i've been looking for, thank you :)
the second version works on my forum. but the results are some thousand posts beyond the real number of posts etc.
i got 69.000 posts - it comes up with telling me there were only 66.000?
on the other hand it thinks there maybe 4 threads more, than i can see on my page?
