Upgrading with a hacked board

Hi guys!

I'm quiet happy with 3.5.x (3.5.2) but now I have a question.
I have a lot plugins installed, editted skins, editid a few templates but not made any file edits.
When I upgrade to vB 3.5.3, will I lose some things or what?

I always have a test board with a copy of the live site's database, and do the upgrade on that first, to see if everything goes well...

Of course!

But we just switched servers and therefore I don't have a testboard at this moment.
