problems

i have a problem and need help, not sure where to post this, so please except my appologies if its in the wrong place.

i had a problem with popups on my forum index page and something automatically downloading itself onto my members computers. i found a trojan on my server so deleted it using my ftp software. now i'm getting an error message when i open any posts the page loads up fine but i get this message

i have no clue what to do, am new to the whole web design and forum world so any help would be greatly appreciated.
