Status Icons Positioning Question

Does anyone know where to edit positioning of the status icons within the individual forums?

I figured this out on the main page but not within each forums.

Any help to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I think they're referring to Threadbit Templates --> threadbit.
