I can't make forum allow new users.

My forum says "The registration of new users is temporarily disabled." I have made sure in the admincp to turn on (allow) new user's to register. But, that message wont go away.

I have installed:
vbadvanced
photoplug
Arcade

Please help me!

bump.. Please help! I know this is a noob topic, and Im sorry. But I can't figure this out. I went into vboptions > User Register Options > Yes.

And my forum still wont allow members to sign up.

sounds like you killed it with one of your hacks.

try removing them all again then trying it then adding them one by one till you find out which one is causing the problem
