Upload them in arcade/zip, go to admincp,
Arcade > Add Game

If you're using ibproarcade hack , you can download legal games from ibparcade.com (http://www.ibparcade.com) ....not sure if they work with the v3arcade though

Nope, just upload the .tar file to your admincp/games directory and make sure it is 777 chmoded. Go to your Games Tool in admincp and check out the iB "Pro" Arcade - Mass Game Import tool. Your all set :-)
