Countdown timer help please?

I have been using this excellent countdown timer on my sites for ages now.

However since I upgraded to 3.5.X it has shown up a small problem. No matter what skin/style I use.

When you are logged in as any type of member, the first countdown clock in a post/thread won't display at all. However every subsequent countdown clock will.

However if you are a guest every countdown clock, including the first displays fine.

Not the greatest description of a problem, but its really confusing me.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the offer, however the countdowns I've been using are for members to display in their signatures.

Really confused as to why this is messing about.
