Other then adding a link to the get new page, and maybe redoing the template for that?

But a super forum like you describe letting people post to it and then having the mods move the thread... that would be hell.... I'd quit if I was a mod and had to continually put peoples posts in the correct forums hehehe.

I think your best bet is utilizing the get new feature and just alter the layout and then add a forum that is a link to that page.
