How would I go about change it so when a I view a profile of a user it replaces the user id in the url with the username

something along the lines of

https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/member.php?u=60716

https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/member.php?nick=Mayers

or

https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/member.php?username=Mayers

I would like this in the done in the postbit view and forumhome where the whos online box is.
