postbit = category

Hi there I added on a template mod I believe it is the category spacing mod and when I installed it, it left a small gradient i believe class="thead" under all categorys I am wondering how I can do that to the postbit aswell. So that the class=:thead can be placed under everypost like a postbit image mod. Thanks
