Need a better logo/head banner

I just checked your logo out, it looks the same colours the match your site to me here. Gold outline and gray in the middle of the text.

Or have you just added that?

I made that at flamingtext.com not sure how long ago.

To me it doesn't look "right"

Even a smaller graphic logo would look better. What I got.....is too plain

I need a logo that has

1. the name of the site in gold and white font on a black background

2. incorporates the title with a Pittsburghish Skyline which is a combination of rivers, bridges and skyscrapers
