2nd Navbar For 3.5

I need a 2nd navbar above the box that is above the navbar. Ive found the mod on here for a 2nd navbar but its for 3.0.

Is there one that will work for 3.5.2 or can anybody port it to this version???

3.0 might work and yes it has been released for 2.5.X. search.

erm i havesearched hence the thread. cannot find a 3.5 version
