When a member offers a plugin, which is only a copy of the xtml, how do i properly install this? I have tried to copy and paste into dreamweaver with no luck. When i try to upload the file it gives me a syntax error.

into AdminCP> Plugin Manager> Add/Import Product

Sorry. I ned to clarify. Not an attched XTML file, that downloads to your computer, rather, a copy of the code itself, as in this thread:

That's a plugin. You just go to the plugin manager and import the xml file. It's automated in vb 3.5

How do import the file, if it does not save to my computer?

Right click save as.
