How hard could this be for you php wizards out there. Lets take a look at what needs to be done.
add sql column profilepic2
create template editprofilepic2 with correct links to profilepic2
edit profile.php
add editprofilepic2
add updateprofilepic2
add deleteprofilepic2
If someone can do this it would make a lot of people happy. I'd give a paypal donation too.
