Products question.

Hello,

I am having difficulties installing products, I firstly tried to install the arcade and got this message:
Importing Product, Please Wait...

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: v3arcade_database_analyse in /home/habbpost/public_html/forum/admincp/plugin.php(1239) : eval()'d code on line 4

Then when I had Read PMs installed, I kept gettign an error 404 while trying to click the file.

So can anyone giz us a hand?
I'm a bit stuck for clues.
